Speeding is definitely a problem, not only on High Poing but all the surrounding streets. Speed humps were installed on Westmoreland several years ago but have done little to stem the speeding. A 3 way stop is needed at the intersection of High Point and Westmoreland as well as more police enforcement. You say speed enforcement all the time a block over on Perring Parkway. The police should do occasional enforcement in the neighborhoods.
