Robberies, Burglaries, Sexual Assault: Recent Parkville-Area Crime
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
A round-up of recent crime handled by Parkville Precinct 8:
Nov. 14: Robbery, 2500 block of Putty Hill Avenue
At 5:35 p.m., two suspects approached the victim in the Putty Hill Shopping Center parking lot. The suspects demanded money from the victim, and one suspect put his hand in his pocket to imply that he had a weapon. The suspects fled after taking money from the victim. The first suspect is a black male, 16 to 20 years old, 5'11", 160 pounds, with a thin build and dark complexion. The second suspect is a black male, 16 to 20 years old, 5'11", 160 pounds, with a flat top hair cut.
Nov. 7: First-degree burglary, 4000 block of Putty Hill Avenue
Between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., an unknown suspect used a hidden key to unlock the victim's door. Firearms, electronics and jewelry were taken.
Nov. 5 to Nov. 6: Second-degree rape, 3700 block of East Joppa Road
Between 11:30 p.m. Nov. 5 and 4 a.m. Nov. 6, a woman was sexually assaulted by a man after she went to a house with him. The Special Victims Unit is investigating.
Nov. 3: Armed robbery - knife, 9400 block of Harford Road
At 12:15 a.m., two men entered the Dunkin Donuts and displayed knives. The suspects fled after taking the clerk's wallet and money from the register. Both suspects are black males, 20 to 30 years old, 5'8", and 160 pounds.
